These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at lakecountyprepacademy.com (the "Site"), operated by Lake County Prep Academy LLC ("Lake County Prep Academy," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided to share information about our programs, tuition, and events, and to let families request tours, ask questions, and register for offerings such as our summer camp. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of enrollment or a substitute for our official enrollment agreement, tuition contract, or handbook, which govern the actual care and education we provide.
2. Not Enrollment or a Binding Contract for Services
Submitting a form, requesting a tour, or registering interest through the Site does not create an enrollment contract. Enrollment, tuition terms, withdrawal policies, and program start dates are established only through our separate written enrollment agreement, signed by a parent or guardian and Lake County Prep Academy.
3. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the Site current, but program details, tuition rates, availability, and schedules may change without notice. Please confirm current details with us directly at (352) 357-6214 or lakecountyprepacademy@gmail.com before making decisions based on Site content.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
● Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
